Bondi Beach Incident: Police identify father and son as alleged shooters in Bondi
A serious Bondi Beach incident has left multiple people dead and injured, triggering a major police operation and widespread concern across Australia.
As of the latest confirmed reports, at least 16 people have been killed in the Bondi Beach shooting in Sydney on 14 December 2025, including victims of the attack and one of the suspected shooters.
The incident occurred during a public gathering at the iconic Sydney beach when violence broke out, causing panic among large crowds. Witnesses reported people running for safety as emergency services rushed to the scene.
New South Wales Police quickly secured the area and confirmed there was no ongoing threat to the public. Medical teams treated the injured, while forensic officers began investigations at the site.
